Refund policy

Our blinds are made to measure, and because of this they can ONLY BE RETURNED IF THEY ARRIVE DAMAGED OR FAULTY. Under these unfortunate circumstances, we offer a 30-day returns policy. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay the return postage.
