Terms of service

The products we sell are either photographed or digitally produced and are accurately displayed on the website. However, due to different types, styles and settings of computer monitors, shading and colour may appear different to the exact colour of the product. Due to this we strongly advise that you request a free sample before placing your order to ensure that you are happy with the colour and quality before ordering. Whilst every attempt will be made by queen blinds to ensure that the goods sold and delivered match in every respect any sample or description shown or sent to you, certain minor or immaterial variations between samples and finished products cannot be warranted against, and will not be considered adequate cause to reject the order, for example:

Fabrics & dyes: there can be minor variations in the precise tone and saturation of dyes when applied to both natural and synthetic fabrics, and we cannot guarantee that two products ordered separately will be made from the same batch of fabric
Natural materials: real wooden blinds are manufactured from natural timber and therefore the precise nature of their shade and grain will vary from blind to blind. Similarly, natural fabrics such as cotton or linen contain variance and inconsistencies in the material that may be noticeable from one batch to another
